The 2015 Tour Started with organs in London and then moved towards Land’s End. Plus we spent three days in Salisbury for the glorious music at the Southern Cathedrals Festival. On the way to we played Kenneth Tickell’s instrument at Duoai Abbey and then the large Von Beckerath at Marlborough College.
Then to our base in Exeter for three nights where we visited Truro, Exeter and Wells Cathedral, Downside and Sherbourne Abbeys, Tiverton Castle and Land’s End Visitor Center. On the way bak to London we stopped at winchester Cahtedral and Reading Otwn Hall
Back in London on Saturday we played Westminster Cathedral and on Sunday we attended the Orchestral Eucharist at St. Paul’s Cathedral, with reserved seats on the front row under the immense dome. The Farewell Dinner was at the Verdi Room at Royal Albert hall where most attended the optional BBC Proms performance of Durufle’s Requiem with orchestra and organ.
